Faviccon is the image you see in front of your blog address at the address bar.In default the blogger will see a B symbol favicon but as if you like to change it then you can alter it with ease.
First create an .ico image or a .png image file by photoshop or by any other image editing softwares.Then upload it to the photosharing websites like photobucket,tinypic,etc.,
Now follow the steps below,
1.Log in to your blogger and go to your Layout Section.
2.Now select "Edit HTML" tab and in that select "Expand Widgets".

1.PUBLISHER:
If you sign up in adsense atfirst you will be the publisher that means your blog/site will receive the ads displayed by Google.
2.ADVERTISER:
After being publisher you can make your self as an Advertiser by joining Google Adwords.And so you will be able show your own ads on others blogs/site and get earned when they click your ads.
The advantage of being an advertiser is more than the publisher to earn more money.
3.CALCULATION OF eCPM:
ecpm=(earnings/impressions)*100
ex:
earnings=2$
Impressions 300
eCPM=(2/300)*100=.67%
4.CALCULATION OF CTR :
CTR=(CLICK/IMPRESSIONS)*100
EX:
clicks=5
impressions=255
CTR=(5/255)*100=1.96%
I would like to share some important issue about the back links as my many of the visitors and blog readers have asked me that i'm having hundreds of back links but none of them is showing up in the back link checkers except 1 or 2or 5.This is the problem our bloggers are facing without knowing the reason.And for that i have started to explore my template just a lit a bit about the Google bot order tag that is "rel" tag.
Normally the bloggers templates are made such that except few which are showing your back links in the back link checker.In our template for the back links it is instructed for the Google bot not to follow by giving the tag as rel='nofollow' .
Now look for the code like this(LAYOUT--EDIT HTML--EXPAND WIDGETS),
BEFORE DOING ANY CHANGES IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BACKUP YOUR TEMPLATE.

Now is template is enable for the Google bot to track the backlinks so that the back link checker will show you the back links for the people who is having the links in your.For your back links you must ask your friends to do the same as you did now.

This articles is been about How to create the feeds for our blog.
First Go to Feed Burner and sign up for an account.
After signing up then sign in with your account after all the verifications procedure(sorry for not showing the main images for feed burner sign up page and some others since i've changed my feeds to Google).Now after signing in you will see the page like this but without the feed as the shown feeds are mine and after you create your feeds you will see those here.
Now type your blog/site address in the required field and select the "i'm podcaster"and then click "next" button.
Now your feeds are almost ready to use but you have select the type of feed whether it it to be RSS or ATOM there is no problem in selecting it select as you wish.
It's all over you have successfully created your feeds and then after this you will given three steps to complete.
Select the options you like in the upcoming steps based on your site content and how the feeds has to be tracking your site.Tese are some of the screenshots for your reference,
